Chuck Taylor has more than thirty-five years of experience with the implementation of environmental regulatory programs for industry and utilities.  Chuck is a Principal Consultant with GT Environmental, Inc. (GT).  GT’s office is located in Westerville (north of Columbus).  GT is an environmental and health & safety management consulting firm that provides consulting services to clients based in Ohio and surrounding states.

Chuck is a graduate of the General Motors Institute (Bachelor of Industrial Engineering) and The Ohio State University (Master of City Planning).  He is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio and Kentucky.

Chuck started his career in environmental engineering with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) in 1973.  His fifteen years with the Ohio EPA included six years as Chief of the Air Pollution Control Division and two years as Chief of the Solid & Hazardous Waste Division.  As Division Chief, he supervised the engineering, planning, surveillance, and enforcement functions for these programs.

Chuck has been an environmental engineer and management consultant for more than fifteen years and has successfully performed a variety of assignments for industries, utilities, and the financial community at locations in Ohio and throughout the country.  His recent experience is sharply focused on assisting clients with addressing the Title V and related requirements of the federal Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 as well as the new source permitting requirements of federal and state law.  Chuck has also assisted clients in addressing an array of associated air, waste and water permitting issues.

Chuck is a member of the Air and Waste Management Association and has participated as a board member of several state and national environmental organizations.
